It was a time when a good mutual friend’s father passed away and another mutual friend celebrated the birth of their first grandchild.
Life is a cycle.
In the very middle of this was a very special wedding of my dear friend and wonderfully talented fellow community theatre thespian, Liz and her very kind and loving beau, Adrian. It was my deep privilege to be asked to be their wedding photographer.Two weeks of the most amazingly glorious weather held out for Liz & Adrian’s wedding and I personally could not be more happy for them. With Liz’s dear friends, Sam & Tash as bridesmaids, and Adrian’s very close brothers, Brendan & Owen, as his groomsmen, they were married at St John The Baptist Anglican Church, Lennox Head with a reception at the Ballina Beach Resort.
I sent a text to Liz the day after the wedding telling her that you get to see the real personality of a person on their wedding day. That has only enhanced my opinion of Liz of one of the most thoughtful and kind people that I know. This wedding had an extra dimension by having my wonderful son, Tollin at my side as my second shooter. His sense of humour, love and company made this a fun wedding for everyone and some extra interesting shots! (The one of Liz blowing bubbles at the camera is his!).
